Biography
he received the Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University, the Master of Applied Arts degree the same University, and the Ph.D. degree from Helwan University also in 2004, where he studied many courses in Dyeing technology. He is specialized in preparation and application of natural dyes on cotton, wool and silk fabrics, which was the main subject of his Master and PhD thesis. He also supervised three theses about dyeing with natural and basic dyes using Ultrasonic energy.He also worked in modification of different kinds of fabrics using plasma technique which consider as an environmentally friendly technique.He has about 31 papers published in international journals. In (2008 and 2013), he worked as a visiting scholar at College of Textiles, North Carolina State University, USA for 18 months. In 2012-2013, he also worked in teaching many textile courses (as a part time Professor) in many faculties; Faculty of Applied Arts, University of Damietta. In 2014-2016, he also taught another textile courses at Higher Institute of Applied Arts, New Cairo Academy. In 2017-2018, he also worked at Faculty of Arts & Design, October University for Modern Sciences & Arts (MSA)
